Made from fresh, skin-on, Red potatoes. Red Skin provides upscale appearance and color. Never frozen - partially cooked for ideal texture and performance, arrives prepared, refrigerated and ready-to-cook. Scratch-quality diced potatoes saves time and labor with improved yields.
Preparation instruction: In a large pan, bring 1 gallon of water to a boil. Empty 10 pound bag of potatoes into the boiling water. Allow potatoes to cook for 20-30 minutes, making sure product reaches 165°F for 2 minutes anddesired tenderness level is reached.; Due to variance in equipment, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Product should be heated to 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
