Preparation instruction: DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 345°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Fry for 4½ minutes. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes. STANDARD OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange fries in a single layer on sheet pans. Bake for 18 - 24 minutes. PRESSURE FRYER: Preheat fryer to 335°F. Put 1/2 bag to full bag in fryer. Fry for 3½ - 5 minutes.
