Marinated in oil to preserve freshness, these tomatoes can be used in salads, pasta, sandwiches, and pizza. This bulk pack of Sevillo Fine Foods Slow Roasted Yellow Tomatoes is ideal for restaurants, cafes, and diners.

Vine ripened tomatoes are hand-picked and roasted for 12 hours to bring out the sweet tomato flavor. They are then tossed with chopped garlic and herbs, and marinated in oil to preserve freshness. Store frozen for 12 months, or chilled for 6 weeks. Approx 450 wedges per 8lb pail.
