These short pasta strips can be cooked, sauced, and served as per customer preference. The Light 'N Fluffy bulk wheat noodles pack is ideal for food trucks, concession stands, and convenience stores.
Preparation instruction: 1. Bring water to a rapid boil. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt (optional) 2. Add pasta and stir; return to rapid boil. 3. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain well. Serve as desired. FOR OVEN DISHES & CASSEROLES Prepare as above but reduce cooking time to about 5 minutes for recipes that require further cooking.
