- Internal cooking temperature: 160 deg. F
- Keep frozen for later use

Preparation instructions: For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions: conventional oven (Preheat 400F).
1. Prep: Remove aluminum lid. Bend lid slightly then place lid on tray so it is elevated over enchiladas.
2. Place tray on baking sheet, center rack.
3. Cook FROZEN: 1 HOUR 20 MINUTES or if THAWED: 43 MINUTES.
4. Remove lid last 5 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Will be hot!
ENSURE PRODUCT REACHES AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160F.
OVENS VARY: COOKING HEAT AND TIMES MAY NEED ADJUSTING.
Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 160F.
Product may be thawed under refrigeration (40F) no more than 48 hours.
Do not REFREEZE.
