Our steaks are portion cut to weight and hand trimmed - you are assured accurate portion cost. The steaks are Cry-o-Vac for your convenience. Each hand-packed box contains the exact number of portions consistently sized to insure even case weights - no catch weights, so customers know their exact cost!
