Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Boil in Pouch from frozen for 15-20 minutes. Thawed for 10-15 minutes.
MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 watts) frozen for 9-10 minutes. Thawed for 5-6 minutes.
