Preparation instruction: Handling instructions are for the retailer. The baking instructions for the consumer are on the back of the retail bag. DO NOT BAKE any bread that states Take & Bake on package. THESE BREADS ARE BAKED AT HOME BY THE CONSUMER. 1. Store bread at 0 F until ready to display. 2. When ready to display, if bread is not already pre-packaged place frozen breads directly in Take & Bake bag provided. Seal bag securely. 3. Allow packaged bread to thaw at room temperature before displaying. Only display bread that is fully thawed. Thawing takes roughly 2 hours. NOTE: Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf life: Day of thaw, plus 48 hours. Remove unsold product from sale after hours.
