Ready-to-Bake -Perfect for Catering Bake - PREHEAT CONVECTION OVEN TO 375°F (400°F CONVECTIONAL OVEN). PLACE COVERED PRODUCT IN OVEN, COOK FOR 50 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN, CAREFULLY REMOVE LID AND SLICE INTO DESIRED PORTIONS. RETURN TO 375°F CONVECTION OVEN (400°F CONVECTIONAL OVEN) FOR 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 170°F. LET STAND 15 MINUTES AT ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE SERVING. IF COOKING FROM THAWED STATE, FOLLOW ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS, REDUCING COOKING TIME TO 1 HOUR. SLICE INTO DESIRED PORTIONS AFTER 30 MINUTES.
