Preparation instruction: 1) Store frozen at 0°F or below. 2) Thaw in cooler (38-45°F) for 12 hours or overnight. 3) Using #30 scoop, portion onto paper-lined pans. 4) Bake at 375°F for 10 -12 minutes. Do not over bake. For convection ovens, reduce heat approximately 50°F. 5) Cool completely, if desried, wrap in moisture-proof wrapping for freshness. 6) For best results, reseal and return thawed product to refrigerator immediately after using.
