Preparation instructions: Preheat grill or non-stick skillet with 3 tablespoons of oil (or non-stick spray) over medium to high heat; then pour contents of one package. Heat while occasionally stirring for 7 minutes. For Food Safety and Quality purposes, this product must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 160F prior to eating. Since stove tops and skillets vary, cooking heat and cook times may require adjusting.
