I wanted to create new flavors, not look back at the old days. Then, in 2016, we challenged ourselves to recreate classic ice creams as good as we remember, but better than they ever were. Now I love green mint chip, especially on a fresh and flaky sugar cone. We naturally color it with spirulina for a beautiful green hue.
