TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 360°F and fry for 3-3½ minutes.
TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for about 20 minutes.For best results, flip halfway through baking.
