Preparation instructions: COLD CASE PROGRAM: Heat product to 165F for at least 15 seconds, using instructions below. Then chill rice until it reaches 40F for at least 15 seconds, transfer rice to display bowl then garnish and display in cold case. REHEATING FROM COLD CASE: Remove lid from bowl. Microwave on high for 45 - 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 165F. STEAMER: Place frozen shumai in steamer for 10-12 minutes or until hot. MICROWAVE: Arrange 5 frozen shumai (not touching) on a microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 1 minute, rotate and microwave for 1-1/2 to 2 mintues. Microwaves vary - adjust time if necessary.
