Preparation instruction: COLD CASE PROGRAM: Heat product to 165°F for at least 15 seconds, using instructions below. REHEATING FROM COLD CASE: Remove lid from bowl. Microwave on high for 2 ½ to 3 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. HOT CASE PROGRAM: OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Thaw bag of sauce under running water for approximately 2 minutes. Arrange protein on tray. Heat for 15 minutes at 375°F. Pour sauce over protein and heat an additional 15 minutes*. MICROWAVE: Empty protein into a microwave safe container and heat for 6-8 minutes, stir halfway through*. Vent sauce pouch and place upright in a microwave safe container for 6-8 minutes. Mix protein and sauce together. STEAMER: Set on steam cycle. Thaw sauce in hot water or microwave. Place protein in bottom of a 1/2 hotel pan. Pour sauce over protein. Cover tightly with food film. Secure tightly with foil (optional). Steam approximately 40-50 minutes*. Remove cover, stir and serve. *Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds.
