Preparation instruction: Thaw in cooler 24hrs.; Remove cover. Place in 400º oven(350º convection oven). Bake uncovered approximately 1hr. until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160º. From Frozen: Remove cover. Place in 400º oven(350º convection oven). Bake uncovered approximately 1hr and 15 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160º.
