This ready-to-eat, frozen chicken empanada is made as a dough pastry that's filled with chicken, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno, green peppers, Pepper jack and Cheddar cheeses. Available as a bulk pack of 100 empanadas, the Cuisine Innovations chicken empanada is ideal for restaurants, food stalls and food trucks.

A dough pastry containing a hearty filling of tender chicken, sour cream, cilantro, jalapeno and green peppers, pepperjack and cheddar cheeses. Served as a starter or a main course, these empanadas are sure to delight.
 
Preparation instruction: For best results, cook from frozen. Always cook till the internal temperature reaches 165ºFMicrowave oven: Not RecommendedToaster: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove product from tray and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper; Bake for 18-20 minutes.Conventional: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove product from tray and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper; Bake for 15-18 minutes.Convection: Preheat oven to 375°F.
