Made with the highest quality meat, this fully cooked ham is dry-cured and smoked for a traditional black forest ham flavor. 97 percent fat-free, it is a healthy option for pasta dishes, sandwiches, and pizzas for a smoked, robust taste. Cured with water, dextrose, salt, contains 2% or less of sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, sodium phosphate, coated with caramel color.
