Battered Cod
The Yuengling Battered Cod Taco Portions make a delicious entree dish. The white and flaky wild-caught cod are cut in sizes and shapes required for serving in tacos and come coated with flavorful beer batter for crispiness. The Yuengling-battered cod taco portions can be used with both hard and soft taco shells and paired with a variety of sauces. The bulk case will be an ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and supermarkets.
Beer Battered Cod Taco Portion 2.6 oz.
Pre-portioned, wild-caught Cod. Portions are perfectly sized for a hard or soft taco shell. Beer batter bakes or fries up light and crispy in less than 5 minutes.
Preparation instruction: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN:
TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for 4-41/2 minutes. TO BAKE: Place frozen portions on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12- 15 minutes.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 15-18 minutes.
NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM.
