We make this piquant cheese spread from extra mature cheeses. The cheeses have matured for over 16 months. This gives your sandwich or cracker a characteristic flavour. Try ERU Spreadable Gouda Extra Aged on your hamburger too. Dipping a meat croquette in the tub is another favourite of ours.
