The Brewers Choice Beer Battered Cod Fillet has a light and crispy batter. This authentic battered fish will pair well with thick cut fries. The bulk case is ideal for supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes and cafeterias.

Brewers Choice Battered Cod Fillet Portion 4 oz. Made from premium, natural cut fish fillets. Battered with a special coating made from Bass Pale Ale. Designed to absorb less oil when fried for a crispy texture.

Preparation instruction: Cook from frozen state. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FROM FROZEN: TO DEEP FRY: Preheat fryer to 350°F and fry for about 5 minutes. TO BAKE: Place frozen fillets on a lightly oiled sheet pan. CONVECTION OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F and bake for 12- 14 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 16-18 minutes. NOTE: COOK TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F MINIMUM. 4 oz Brewer's Choice Battered Cod Fillets
