1 oz WG Breaded Cod Minced Sticks, CN Preparation instruction: Cook from frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Convection Oven: Bake at 375°F for approx. 10 minutes. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F for approx. 15 minutes.
