The Manchester Farms Bone In Marinated Quail is a flavorful cut of quail breast with bones. This quail meat comes marinated with spices and can be grilled, baked, or fried as per requirements. Pre-prepared for convenience, the marinated quail is individually quick frozen to lock in freshness and flavor. An ideal buy for cafes, bistros, and fast food chains, the bulk case contains 6 packs of Manchester Farms marinated quail.

Unique item with multiple uses. Easy to cook and very flavorfull.

Preparation and Cooking:

Grill - These birds can be grilled, fried, or baked. To fry, bread/batter from thawed and cook in 350 degree oil for 4-5 minutes, or until meat floats and batter is golden brown. To grill cook on medium to high heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 15 minutes for convection and 30 minutes for conventional. Serving Suggestions:

Preferred serving is Steak and Quail. They can also be served as an appetizer or mixed plate including but not limited to beef, pork, seafood, and other game meats.

Storage:
