The Grecian Delight Chicago Style Gyro Pre-cooked Slices are ready to heat and serve wrapped in pita bread. It is made with a combination of lamb and beef seasoned with a special Midwestern spice blend. This gyro cone is a good source of protein and free from trans fat. Great for restaurants, bistros, and cafeterias, the bulk case includes 4 packs.

CHICAGO STYLE PRE-COOKED GYROS SLICES 0.9 OZ.
Gyro Slices Pre-cooked, 0.9 oz per slice. Packed in 4 lb boxes, 4 boxes per case. Just reheat gyro slices on flat top grill, microwave or convection oven. Made with our special spice blend, the Chicago Style Gyros were designed for authentic taste without sacrificing quality. Slice contains a blend of lamb and beef for meat.

Preparation type: GRILL

Preparation instructions: Flat-Top Grill- Preheat flat-top grill 375F- Place slices on grill- Cook slices on both sides for approximately 20 seconds per side. - Serve immediatelyConventional Oven- Preheat oven 350-375F- Place slices in a steamtable pan- Fill pan ÀšÃ‚¼" with hot beef broth- Cover and place in oven for 15 minutes- Store in steamtable (above 140?F) for serviceMicrowave- Arrange slices on microwave-safe plate- Cook for 30 seconds- Serve immediately
