Preparation instruction: CONVENTIONAL OVEN 350°F: FROM FROZEN - 15-20 MINUTES. FROM THAWED - 14-16 MINUTES. CONVECTION OVEN 300°F: FROM FROZEN - 14-16 MINUTES. FROM THAWED - 12-15 MINUTES. INTERNAL PRODUCT TEMPERATURE SHOULD REACH 160°F WHEN MEASURED WITH A MEAT THERMOMETER. TIMES AND TEMPERATURES MAY VARY BASED ON ACTUAL EQUIPMENT AND QUANTITY OF PRODUCT PREPARED. ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
