Preparation instruction: To prepare batter, place 3 cups cool water in a bowl, then add 1 lb. (3 cups) Tempura Batter Mix. Mix with a wire whip until smooth and there are no visible lumps. Do not overmix. Dip food into prepared batter, and drain slightly, 2-5 seconds. Place food directly into hot oil. Fry time will vary depending on type and size of food fried.
