Golden Dipt Double M Cake Donut Mix 6 x 5lb Fry up fresh donuts with this easy-to-use mix. Contains a blend of flours & high-quality leavenings for perfect rise & tender texture. Fries to a pale cream crumb & light golden crust. Vanilla & light spices round out taste and aroma. Designed for both machine & bench prep, its specially formulated for me

Preparation instruction: For machine cut donuts, add 5 lbs. mix to 1 qt. 4 oz. of water and mix according to directions on bag. Place dough in machine hopper within 35 minutes of mixing. For hand cut donuts, add 5 lbs. mix to 30 oz. water and mix according to directions. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut donuts. Let rest on screen 5 minutes before frying. Fry in pre-heated 375 - 380¡Ã£F oil.
