Preparation instruction: Stovetop from frozen: In a non stick fry pan over medium heat, saute frozen beefless ground until browned and heated through, 4-5 mins. Let stand for 2 mins and serve in your favorite recipe. Microwave from frozen (1000w): Place 1½ cup of frozen ground in microwave safe bowl, cover with microwave safe lid and cook for 2-2½ mins on high. Let stand for 2 mins and serve in your favorite recipe. Best in sauce: Bring your favorite sauce to a simmer over medium heat.
