Preparation instruction: COOK ALL MEATS THOROUGHLY. COOK TO A SAFE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF AT LEAST 165°F. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON SUGGESTED COOKING TIMES. COOKING APPLIANCES VARY IN TEMPERATURE AND COOKING TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY. THAW PRIOR TO COOKING: DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. THAW UNOPENED PACKAGED PRODUCT UNDER REFRIGERATION (30°F - 36°F) FOR 48 HOURS (TIME VARIES WITH PRODUCT WEIGHT). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (CONVECTION OVEN): REMOVE PLASTIC FILM. PLACE ROAST IN SHALLOW PAN CONTAINING 1/4 INCH WATER. COOK IN PREHEATED OVEN (350°F) FOR 20-25 MINUTES PER POUND TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. NOTE: FOR THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF COOKING, REMOVE FOIL TO ALLOW FOR BROWNING. AFTER COOKING, REMOVE ROAST FROM THE OVEN AND ALLOW TO STAND FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE NET STARTING FROM BOTTOM. ALLOW ROAST TO STAND 5-10 MORE MINUTES. CARVE AND SERVE. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT.
