FOSTER FARMS TURKEY BREAST ROAST, SINGLE BREAST LOBE, 20% MOISTURE ENHANCED, SKIN-ON, SIGNATURE CARVING, READY TO COOK, FROZEN
Preparation instruction: COOK ALL MEATS THOROUGHLY. COOK TO A SAFE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF AT LEAST 165°F. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON SUGGESTED COOKING TIMES. COOKING APPLIANCES VARY IN TEMPERATURE AND COOKING TIMES ARE A GUIDE ONLY. THAW BEFORE COOKING. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. THAW UNOPENED PACKAGE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 48 HOURS (TIME WILL VARY WITH WEIGHT). COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (CONVECTION OVEN): REMOVE PLASTIC FILM. PLACE ROAST(S) IN SHALLO PAN CONTAINING 1/4 INCH WATER. TENT PAN WITH FOIL. COOK IN PREHEATED OVEN (325°F) FOR 35-40 MINUTES PER POUND TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F. NOTE: FOR THE LAST 30 MINUTES OF COOKING, REMOVE FOIL TO ALLOW BROWNING. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND ALLOW TO STAND 15 TO 20 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT.
