A spicy Spanish rice blend of parboiled whole grain brown rice with onion, red and green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, garlic and other zesty seasonings. This deep red tomato colored spicy dish will have your customers shouting ole€™.
Preparation instruction: Convection Oven: In a 2€ full size steam table pan, combine 2 ½ qts hot water (180°F) and 4 oz (8 Tbsp) butter (optional). Stir in contents of rice bag (25 oz) and seasoning bag (11 oz). Stir well. Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 400ºF convection oven for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and stir well. Return to oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
