Original blend of flour and sugar with a hint of spice. <br> <br> Preparation instruction: 1. Preheat convection oven to 325ºF or conventional oven to 375ºF2. Pour 1 - #10 (6-8#) can of fruit with liquid into a full size pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray3. Mix together 2 1/2 cups of water and 1 cup of melted butter (or margarine) with cob-bler mix. Mix until smooth.4. Pour batter evenly on top of fruit.5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until done.NOTE: If using fresh/ frozen (thawed), combine fruit with simple sugar (2 cups of sugar and water that is brought to a simmer) to fruit then continue to follow the instructions as written .

Foothill Farms Cobbler Dessert Mix, shelf stable, Just add fruit.  Easily create a retro cobbler with delicious flavor. Foothill Farms® Cobbler Mix is a sweet premeasured pastry topping created to produce tender and moist batter for consistent desserts every time. Preparation is quick and easy. Simply combine mix with water or juice and fruit of yo <br> <br> Preparation instruction: Preheat oven to 350 F. Drain 6-8 cups of fruit (save juice). Place drained fruit in a well-greased half pan. Mix one bag of cobbler mix with 8-10 oz. of saved juice. (Cool water may be used in place of juice) . Pour batter over fruit. Bake until golden brown at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes prior to serving.To prepare a larger batch (2 bags of product and a #10 can of fruit): Preheat oven to 350 F. Drain the liquid from a #10 can of fruit of your choice. Set liquid aside. Place drained fruit into a well-greased full size steam table pan or split it equally into 2 well-greased half size pans. Measure 16 oz. of reserved liquid into mixing bowl. (Cool water can be used to replace some or all of the reserved liquid) . Pour contents of 2 bags of TUF Cobbler Mix into liquid and mix thoroughly with wire whip until smooth. Pour batter over fruit (dividing equally if using two half size pans) and bake as follows: 60-75 minutes in a conventional oven OR 45-50 minutes in a convection oven. Remove from oven and cool for at least 15 minutes prior to serving.NOTE: For a higher level of liquid in your finished product add 6 ounces of the retained liquid atop the fruit before pouring on the cobber batter.
