Our Tapioca Mix is a dry mix full of pure tapioca preblended into a pudding and pie mix. It disperses easily into milk and cooks up to a smooth and creamy texture with a superior flavor and appearance.
Preparation type: BAKING
Preparation instructions: Combine 2 lbs. of Tapioca Mix with 1 gallon of fresh whole milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow to boil for several minutes. When the mixture is done boiling, set it aside to cool. Keep refrigerated.
