Preparation instruction: Thaw ribs in refrigerator or microwave before heating.; Slow-Roasting Oven: Heat oven to 250 F. Arrange thawed ribs in single layer in shallow pan. Slow roast for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160 F. Hold at 160 F. for a minimum of 1 1/2 hours before serving.; Convection Oven: Heat oven to 325 F. Arrange thawed ribs in single layer in shallow pan. Cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is tender. Remove cover, sauce if desired, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
