The Farmland Smoked Barbecue Pork Rib Bits are great delicious as a quick appetizer or entree. Slow-smoked over real hickory, these barbecue-sauced pork ribs are flavorful. The protein-packed ribs have a healthy portion of meat and less bone. With 2 packs of the Farmland pork, the bulk pack will be an ideal option for steakhouses, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Preparation instruction: Thawing Directions: Thaw Ribbits in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours or until thawed. DO NOT THAW AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.; Boil-in-Bag: Place frozen Ribbit bag in boiling water, making sure that it is covered with water. Boil 55 to 65 minutes or until meat reaches 140 F. (35 to 45 minutes for thawed Ribbits) .; Convection Oven: Heat oven to 350 F. Remove thawed Ribbits from bag and arrange in a single layer in shallow pan; cover. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until meat reaches 140 F.; Microwave: Place thawed Ribbit bag in microwave-safe pan. Cut 1 slit down center of top for venting. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 9 to 11 minutes or until meat reaches 140 F. (1600 watt microwave used for testing) . Stir and let stand 3 minutes before serving.
