Adjustable thermostats, sense food temperature and turn each 500 watt heating element on or off as needed eliminating burning or scorching. This model includes (2) stainless steel pumps. The stainless steel pumps dispens directly from a #10 can or 3 quart (2.8 L) stainless steel jar 94009 (not included). A 1 ounce (30 mL) serving is the maximum portion which can be reduced in 1/4 ounce (7 mL) increments, using the supplied gauging collars.
