Preparation instruction: For one-step fried clams, pour dry Clam Fry Breader into a pan, and toss drained clams in breading to coat. Fry in 375¡Ã£F oil for 45-60 seconds. For deluxe clams, made a batter by adding 1 lb. (3 cups) Clam Fry Breader to 1 quart cool water. Mix with a wire whip until smooth. Dip drained clams into batter, then toss in dry breader to coat. Fry in 375¡Ã£F oil for 45-60 seconds.
