Welcome to a worldwide favourite. Castello Danish Blue Cheese has a fine, nutty, blue mould aroma with hints of marzipan and a soft bitterness of sourdough, making it a favourite for cooking and snacking. Castello Danish Blue cheese has blue mould veins. It was inspired by Roque fort cheese but made using homogenized cows milk, which contributes to its strong bite. How ever, the cream in the milk perfectly balances the sharpness.
