Preparation instruction: PREHEAT oven to 350°F. (300°F Convection Oven) Lightly oil an 18x26 sheet pan. POUR 3 cups cool water into mixing bowl. ADD desired amount of mix. BLEND with paddle on low speed for 30 seconds. SCRAPE down paddle and bowl. MIX 1 1/2 minutes on low speed. SPREAD batter evenly in a prepared pan. BAKE: Standard oven 350°F for 24-25 minutes; Convection oven 300°F for 22-23 minutes. Note: Brownies may be hand-mixed. Yield: 96 2X2-inch brownies
