Available in a bulk pack of 2 pouches per case, Eddy beef is ideal for gourmet restaurants, delis and retail stores.
Fajita Beef - Angus P/S - Inside Skirt - 2/5lb
Preparation instruction: Measure 1 or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil into pan and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Place enough beef in the skillet to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook 6-8 minutes or to 165°F. Turn beef halfway through cooking.
