Eckrich Beef Skinless Smoked Sausage Rope is made without a casing for a tender texture and contains 100% beef, making it ideal for creating hearty family meals. This smoked beef sausage is easy to slice and lends a great taste to casseroles, slow-cooker stews and pasta dishes. These all-beef, naturally hardwood-smoked beef sausage ropes deliver authentic smokehouse flavor and heat up quickly.
Microwave - Microwave Oven: Place sausage in microwave-safe dish, add 1/2 cup water and cover. Heat on high (100% power) 2 pieces 5 to 6 minutes and 1 piece 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 minutes, or until hot. You may need to adjust the time for your microwave.
Simmer - Skillet: Bring 2/3 cup water to boil in skillet. Add sausage, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
