Pasta Carbonara features bacon, peas, and mafalda pasta in a creamy white sauce flavored with garlic and cheese.
 
Preparation instruction: May be heated using several methods: boil in bag, microwave, conventional oven, steamer, saute’ pan, pizza deck or pizza chain oven. Continue cooking until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165ºF. Heating times will vary with multiple bags, frozen or thawed product, and heat source.
