Dont you just love a buffet? It may not be the best thing for those of us watching our weight, but you cant argue with a broad selection. The hard thing sometimes is just saying no. Of course, if the food isnt warm, or is dried out, saying no can be a little easier. In fact, you might not return to that restaurant either. The steam table is a tried and true solution to keeping food warm without scorching it or drying it out. The whole steam table design is so refined now, think about quarter and even eighth size pans. Not to mention clear or stainless lids. We dont think we have missed much in our selection, so, happy browsing!
