Preparation instruction: The perfect Hand Made Pita for making GYROS and other wrap sandwiches. Heating the Devanco Hand Made Pita slightly will increase its flexibility and enhance the flavor. You may use an oven, in a skillet, or a griddle, and even on the outer edge of a grill, to heat the Pita. No additional oil is needed.
