Preparation instruction: For best results, bake on the center rack of the oven until the fillo is golden brown. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.

Conventional: Preheat Oven To 425° F. Place frozen filo product on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until Fillo starts to turn a light golden color. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let rest for 1 minute before serving.
Convection: Preheat Oven To 400° F. Place frozen fillo product on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes or until Fillo starts to turn a light golden color. Do not over bake. Remove from oven and let rest for 1 minute before serving.
