Krusteaz Angel Food Cake Mix
Cake Mix
The Continental Mills Krusteaz Angel Food Cake Mix makes baking cakes quick and easy. This cake mix comes with a hint of rich vanilla flavor. The cakes bake to a light airy texture and retain their shape, making it ideal for decorating or customizing. The bulk case of Krusteaz Angel Food cake mix will find use in cafes, bistros, and diners.
Krusteaz combines quality and convenience in our cake mixes. Just add water for a light and airy cake with a light vanilla flavor.
Preparation instruction: 1. Place water and mix in mixer bowl. (Be sure
bowl and utensils are completely grease-free.)
2. Using a whip, mix on low speed 1 minute.
Scrape bowl.
3. Change to medium speed. Continue to mix
2 minutes. Do not overmix.
4. Scale batter into ungreased pan(s).
5. After baking, remove cakes from oven and
