The Comark Calibration Thermometer Test Cap of +32°F can be used for instrument calibration checks by comparing temperature readings on the thermometer to ensure it is within the correct range. It comes with a 6-pin Lumberg type connector, with each pin calibrated to replicate a specific temperature point. This test cap is ideal for commercial kitchens.

Lumberg type connector for simulation of temperature of +32 degree F. Six test caps are available, each calibrated to replicate a specific temperature point, relevant to the food industry, when attached to a thermometer. The temperature can be compared with the reading on the thermometer to check instrument calibration.
