Beef Enchilada with a mild red chili flavor wrapped in a corn tortilla, IQF. Filling is a brownish-orange mixture of uniform consistency with ground beef texture.
 
Preparation instruction: Product is RTE, however can be heated with the following directions: Preparation Type: Heating Instructions Initial State for Preparation: Prepare from frozen state. Conventional Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Place covered pan into oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until hot. Convection Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F with high fan. 2. Place covered pan into oven for 25 - 30 minutes or until hot. Preparation Notes: Ovens vary, heating times may require adjustment. Preparation Notes: Place 20 frozen enchiladas single layer in a hotel pan. Cover with 4 cups of sauce and 2 cups of cheese. Cover entire pan with aluminum foil.
