This pre-portioned cookie dough can be easily baked in an oven for a quick warm snack. The Brill bulk frozen chocolate cookie dough pack is ideal for dessert bars, concession stands, and convenience stores.
1.50TS CHOC CHIP 240
Preparation instruction: 1) Cookies should remain frozen until ready to bake.
2) Place cookies 6 x 4 on sheet pans with paper pan liners.
3) Allow to stand at room temperature 15 to 30 minutes before baking.
4) Baking time - Deck oven: 375 F for 13 to 15 minutes. Rack oven: 350 F for 11 to 13 minutes.
5) Allow cookies to cool before removing from pans.
