The Bridgford Island Sweet Roll Dough can be proofed or baked to make a delicious snack. It is prepared from enriched, bleached flour. This pre-formed dough contains no trans fat. Suitable for cafes, cafeterias, and bakeries, the Bridgford sweet roll dough bulk case contains 120 packs.
Bridgford Island Sweet Roll Dough provides an opportunity for the operator to bake their own fresh rolls. Each roll is perfectly formed, ready for proofing and baking.
Preparation instruction: Place frozen roll dough on greased sheet pan 1/2 to 1 inch apart. Brush with melted butter. Let dough thaw and rise in warm area until double in size. Bake in a preheated 325 degree convection oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and pan to cool on wire rack.
